MOCK SAT AND ACT REGISTRATION

The Whitman All Sports Booster Club sponsors mock ACT and SAT test in both the fall and spring semesters. Registration for fall 2024 tests will take place in September.

  • Mock tests are a great way for high school juniors and sophomores (and their parents) to gain familiarity with the test formats, build confidence, and decide which test, the ACT or the SAT, is a better fit.
  • Digital SATs: Because all SATs in 2024 and beyond will be administered digitally, the Mock SATs at Whitman will also be administered digitally.
  • Paper ACTs: Because the ACT continues to be administered on paper, so too will Mock exams at Whitman.
  • Tests begin at 9:30 AM and run until around 1 PM.
  • Tests are administered by Capital Educators. For more information about test prep and these mock tests, you may contact their president Phil Pine (philpine@capitaleducators).
  • After each exam, students receive detailed score reports by mail and families are invited to attend follow up sessions, via Zoom. During these meetings, time will be dedicated to discussing test optional college admissions policies as well as the differences between the SAT and ACT. Capital Educators will also help families interpret their score reports and plan for upcoming standardized testing.
  • Mock tests are a fundraiser for the Whitman All Sports Booster Club.
